The problem

You probably don’t need another person telling you what to do.

You may already know. You’ve thought about it, researched it, talked about it, and waited for certainty. The interesting question is: why aren’t you doing it?

Understanding your problem and changing your behavior are two different accomplishments.

The four days

Here’s how the four days work

  1. Day 1

    Dissatisfaction

    Identify one dissatisfaction worth examining.

  2. Day 2

    Introspection

Look underneath the explanations you’ve become accustomed to giving yourself.

  3. Day 3

    Action

Choose one real, observable action and attempt it.

  4. Day 4

    Evidence

Examine what you actually did, and what happened between intention and action.

The anti-promise

What I’m not promising

I am not promising to transform your life in four days. I’m asking you to bring one real problem, do the work between sessions and see what happens when understanding finally has to become action.

Success is not the assignment. Action is the assignment.

About Michael

I don’t have your answers.

I’m an attorney with more than 30 years of professional experience. I’ve also made mistakes, tolerated things I should have changed, made impulsive decisions, and spent a great deal of time and money on the same self-help material you’ve probably encountered.

I can’t hand you answers. I can help you interrogate yours.
